I stayed here over Christmas, and I gotta say, the view of the park from my room was really nice! The location is pretty good, with a fantastic mall just across the street. I also appreciated how clean and quiet the room was – perfect for some chill time during the holiday rush.

But honestly, the communication was off. Not everyone at the front desk spoke good English, which made things tricky. Plus, the breakfast got boring after a few days; a bit of variety would’ve been nice! Just felt like they could do better, considering it's a 4-star place.

Plus, there's a beautiful city park right beside the hotel, perfect for leisurely walks and relaxation. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that my every need was met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch, giving me peace of mind during my stay.
