I stayed here over Christmas, and I gotta say, the view of the park from my room was really nice! The location is pretty good, with a fantastic mall just across the street. I also appreciated how clean and quiet the room was - perfect for some chill time during the holiday rush.
But honestly, the communication was off. Not everyone at the front desk spoke good English, which made things tricky. Plus, the breakfast got boring after a few days; a bit of variety would’ve been nice! Just felt like they could do better, considering it's a 4-star place.

I had the most wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a beautiful park right next door and a fantastic mall just across the street. Our room was super clean and quiet, and having a kettle was a nice touch for making cozy drinks together. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed.
On the downside, communication could’ve been a bit smoother. Not everyone at the front desk was fluent in English, which made some interactions tricky. it would’ve been great to have a little more variety in the breakfast options after a few days! Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

I had a great experience , with a clean and quiet room that provided a lovely view of the park. The location was nice, right near a mall, and the staff were friendly and not intrusive, always ready to help when I needed something.
Food for breakfast could use more variety to keep things interesting over longer stays.
